FAQs
Does LG offer free shipping?
Yes, LG offers free standard delivery for most of the products purchased on its website. There may, however, be some exceptions so please review individual product pages to see if your desired items are available for free delivery. If you find that a particular item is not eligible for free delivery, then take a look to see if we have a coupon or promotion code available to add free shipping to your order or at least give you a discount on the item.
Does LG sell refurbished products?
LG sells a range of refurbished devices through its website, which are products that are second-hand or have been returned by other customers and restored to like-new condition. These products are often sold at significantly discounted prices and are covered by warranties in case of any faults. If you don't need the newest tech, this is a great way to save on your next purchase.
Does LG offer a manufacturer's warranty on its products?
Yes, LG offers various different warranties depending on the type of product. You can get extended manufacturer warranties of up to 3 years along with 3 years of LG premium care on some items, but you will want to check the item’s page for the current warranty. You can use the LG warranty page to find more information. Just enter your product model number, and see the exact details of the warranty and premium care period for that product.
What is LG's returns policy?
LG accepts returns and offers refunds for faulty and damaged products if you do so within 30 days of making your purchase. However, if there is no defect or damage, you'll be charged 10% of the price of your item as a restocking fee, which will be removed from your refund total. You will need to contact LG Order Support to submit a return request.
How do I contact LG?
You can get in touch with LG to discuss an issue with your order in a number of ways. Firstly, you can email their team at orders@lgsupport.com where a member of the team will respond Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00 CST, except on national holidays such as Thanksgiving. You can also use the LG Online Chat on their website which will put you in touch with a member of their customer services team if it can't solve your problem.
Hints and Tips
Wait for LG seasonal sales: The holidays and seasonal shopping events are great times to grab a deal on some expensive LG products, and like most retailers, LG often has sales around big shopping holidays like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Make sure to check their sales frequently, as deals change often around key events.
Join MyLG: MyLG is the brand's rewards scheme, and lets customers earn rewards on their purchases. You can sign up for free through the brand's website, and once you've joined, you'll earn up to 5% back on the price of your orders in reward points, which you can later redeem against future orders.
Refer a friend to LG: If you know someone who wants to purchase LG goods, you can get them a 5% discount by sending them a referral link. As a thank you, you'll also earn rewards depending on what they order, which can be worth up to $1500 in rewards points.
Look for LG bundles: Bundles include multiple items sold together, and LG often sell them for less than it would cost to buy each item individually. If you’re already interested in buying multiple items from LG, this can be a good way to save on your purchase. We've previously seen bundle deals knock as much as $250 off orders.
Get text alerts from LG: If you want to stay up to date with the latest LG news, you can register for text alerts by entering your mobile number on the LG website. You'll regularly receive texts telling you about any sales, discounts, or new products, and you'll also get a one-off LG promo code for 10% off your next order once you sign up.
Sign up for the LG newsletter: As well as via text, you can get the latest news on products and any current or upcoming promotions by joining the LG email newsletter. LG regularly offers new sign-ups the chance to win in competitions as well as promo codes for extra savings.
Register as an LG member: Once you've bought an LG device, you can register as a member for free through the LG website. Doing so nets you lower prices on warranty extensions, plus early access to discounts & events.

How we source coupon codes
Tom’s Hardware has a coupons team dedicated to finding the latest and best codes for each of our pages. Through partnerships with retailers, our affiliate networks, and searching the web, we find the most recent ways to save on online orders, including any exclusive codes our commercial team negotiates. We then upload the latest codes & promotions to our pages, refreshing them twice a week.
How we test coupon codes
Our dedicated coupons team tests each code before they’re uploaded to our pages to ensure they will be accepted at the checkout. Coupons can include the likes of free shipping, student discounts, multibuy offers and more, and you’ll find applicable codes for products & services across all categories. However, we don’t list any one-time use or user-specific codes - this is to make sure each code is available for everyone who visits our site to use
For the sake of clarity, we also include key information about each coupon, such as expiry dates and any terms & conditions, on the page. We update this information whenever we become aware of any changes, with each page updated twice a week. You can read the terms & conditions for an offer by looking for the corresponding text and clicking it to expand the terms section. This text can be found near the ‘Get Code’ button.
What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Despite our team regularly refreshing our pages and testing every code before upload, every now and then a coupon may not work as intended. Retailers can change expiry dates or terms & conditions before pages can be updated, offers can expire, or a coupon can no longer be accepted. If you have any issues using one of our codes, our team is on hand to help.
It’s always best to start by double-checking a code’s terms & conditions to make sure your order meets the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section. Here you’ll find all available information on your chosen offer. Discounts may be product-specific (i.e. 10% off PC cases), have an associated minimum order value (i.e. spend $30 or more), or require verification (i.e. register with a valid student or workplace email address).
If you comply with all listed requirements and your discount is still not being applied, send an email to our team at coupons.tomshardware@futurenet.com and we can help. Let us know which code you are trying to use and which page it’s listed on, and customer support will reply as soon as possible to assist.
How we make money
Tom’s Hardware earns money from coupon pages on a commission basis. For every coupon page on our site, we have negotiated a deal with that retailer. Whenever someone places an order with that brand and applies one of our codes to their cart, we earn a percentage of the final order total back in commission.
The good news? This means that we offer our codes without charging any fees. Redeeming a discount listed on Tom’s Hardware is always free - all you will need to pay is a discounted price for whatever items you want to buy.
